Biography

I did my graduation in Political Science from Presidency College, Kolkata and Masters in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. I completed my Doctoral research from Presidency University, Kolkata. I was a UGC Junior Research Fellow under Institute of Foreign Policy Studies, University of Calcutta and have been teaching UG course in Political Science for the last 8 years. I enjoy reading and exploring new places and cuisines.
Academic Interest

International politics being my broader discipline, my research interests revolve around power strategies, engagement theories and emerging power discourses. I take keen interest in U.S strategic involvements and the changing contours of Indian foreign policy.
