Netaji Satabarshiki Mahavidyalaya, Ashoknagar, is proud to serve as the training centre for a completely free vocational training programme for youth under the Utkarsh Bangla initiative of the Government of West Bengal (PBSSD, Technical Education, Training and Skill Development Department). The programme offers a comprehensive Hair Stylist and Beautician Course covering ten practical modules including hair cutting, hair straightening, hair colouring, hair styling, eye-brow shaping, manicure, pedicure, facial, bridal makeup, and party makeup, with a total training duration of 390 hours. Successful trainees will receive a government-recognized certificate from WBSCTVESD, along with TA benefits and placement assistance upon completion.
